Tom, born and raised in Buffalo, NY is a 24+ year real estate industry veteran and a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2001 and Owner of New York State Realty also located in Buffalo, NY.
His knowledge of real estate and enthusiasm combined with excellent negotiation skills and his diverse experience and knowledge of many aspects of real estate from residential home construction to traditional real estate brokerage contributed to his success over the past 24 years.
He owned his own marketing firm for four years prior to entering the real estate industry and with a background that includes sales management and training. For some years he noticed a change in the real estate industry where he recognized there was a huge need for a real estate portal that can serve all real estate professionals throughout the US.
This included residential, commercial and developers where they could market all their properties in one place versus consumers having to search multiple websites making it easier for everyone and in May of 2024 MLS Nation was born.

Her public sector experience includes working on both sides of the aisle including two Democratic Mayors and one Republican County Executive. She was successful at navigating through politics, bureaucracy and changing administrations by focusing on her ability to bring people together regardless of their political views. At the County, Michelle analyzed a budget in excess of $1B in conjunction with commissioners to evaluate programs to ensure effective operations and service delivery to the public.
Her private sector experience includes positions at Western New York’s largest development companies where she worked on numerous high profile Buffalo Niagara region development projects. Michelle worked with local and international fortune 500 C-level business executives and government officials to evaluate locations, skilled workforce, infrastructure, economic development financial incentives and other key market conditions that would encourage a relocation or expansion within the Buffalo Niagara region.

I managed disaster recovery plans, provided help desk support, and connected remote offices. I also setup home connections and assisted owners of these businesses to assure remote connectivity.
I have setup dozens of phone systems, many websites, hundreds of servers and networking equipment, and thousands of desktops. I have used all the latest social media tools to help the Real Estate Board reach our thousands of customers and I am helping shape the real estate business using technology.
I have volunteered in many ways, being on the Board of Infotech WNY and have served as Board Secretary and Board Vice Chairman and Chairman in 2018. I helped create and run the Startup Grind Buffalo, along with helping with Buffalo UnConference, Buffalo Bar Camp, and UB’s Student Sandbox.
